ok, oprah has vacated my lap and i can now post.
i did a lot a little projects this week. two purses of the three i'm making for my little cousins and a hat for my friend brad. (he saw me knitting one of the purses and begged me to make a hat for him, so i did.) these small projects are more of a distraction from my first sweater, which is this close to being done ::holds fingers a centimeter apart::, but i can't seem to finish it. i would really like to finish it this weekend, or at least finish the sleeve that's 2/3rds finished (leaving only the other sleeve), but i don't know if that's actually going to happen.
